Biography
Oludare is a qualified Microfinance Banker (Member Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria: MCIB). He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, a Sociology graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State and holds a National Diploma in Public Administration from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kwara State.
He is currently an MBA student at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. Oludare has 12 years of professional work experience which covers business development and human resources. He joined CGEE Microfinance Institution in 2008 as a Credit Officer and rose to the position of Branch Manager in 2010, the position he occupied till 2014 after which he had a brief stint with Stanbic IBTC Bank as a Business Banker before joining Cedar Micro Finance Bank Ltd. Oludare started and revived a couple of ailing branches to stability and profit-making, he equally contributed immensely to strategies that ensured one of the national banks broke even and consistently made profit after failure to achieve this feat over years.
He engineered a career switch from business development to human resources and rose to become Head Human Resources at Cedar Microfinance Bank Ltd. He had a short stint with IFS Ltd as Human Resources Manager before assuming the role of Human Resources Manager with Casafina Capital Ltd. Oludare is a creative individual who believes learning is continuous. He belongs to various human resources knowledge-sharing portals. Mr. Oludare Shobowale is currently the Human Resources Manager of Casafina Capital Ltd.
